Senior Mechanical Engineer in Akron, OH

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and specify mechanical equipment like pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and material handling systems.
• Conduct pipe stress analysis and design pipe supports.
• Act as Lead Engineer on projects.
• Collaborate with other engineering teams and clients.
• Perform fieldwork as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with the equipment and tasks mentioned above.
• A Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.

Requirements:
