Experience Required:
5+ years in Civil/Environmental Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead technical interpretation, organization, and execution of various project assignments.
- Plan and develop innovative projects addressing unique environmental challenges.
- Serve as a primary liaison with key engineers and geologists, handling technical matters independently.
- Receive guidance on major objectives, solving complex problems autonomously.
- Communicate project status with clients and regulators to ensure alignment.
- Mentor junior staff, sharing technical design methods and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
- Licensing: Professional Engineering license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, stormwater conduit, pond design, and D&O landfill model design calculations.
- Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects of varying sizes.
- Communication: Strong technical writing and interpersonal skills; ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Specialty certifications and memberships in relevant organizations (e.g., SWANA, ASCE).
