Responsibilities:
- Help with project estimating, including pre-bid meetings and take-offs.
- Create and update project schedules.
- Track and report quantities for productivity.
- Manage project documents, including shop drawings and submittals.
- Maintain material and issue logs.
- Support subcontractor and supplier coordination.
- Ensure proper documentation for changes and assist with project closeout.
- Review productivity reports and suggest improvements.
- Prepare and issue change orders, approve invoices, and track resources.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 2+ years of construction experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Primavera; knowledge of BIM, GradeBeam, and Bluebeam is a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred.
