We are seeking a Project Manager with expertise in construction and environmental projects. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects from planning to execution, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and timely completion. The individual will also work closely with customers, field teams, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure safety and compliance by following policies and always acting safely.
- Collaborate with customers to develop solutions that align with their objectives.
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all project activities.
- Communicate project goals and updates to field teams and customers.
- Provide direction and solutions for all field-related work.
- Develop effective schedules, timelines, and milestones for project tasks.
- Participate in site walks to fully understand the project scope.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, sourcing labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors.
- Manage project costs to stay within budgetary limits.
- Review employee timesheets and worksheets to ensure accurate invoicing and payroll.
- Identify project changes and prepare written change orders.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and complete project documentation submission.
- Ensure positive financial performance of projects.
- Prepare and submit field reports, ensuring all pertinent supporting documentation is completed promptly.
- Understand and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and complete other assigned tasks.

Job Requirements:
- College degree with 3-8 years of construction/environmental experience, including 3 years of project management (preferred). GED with 7+ years of experience and demonstrated project management skills.
- Current 40-Hour OSHA Hazwoper (1910.120) certification and 8-Hour refresher.
- Competent Person for Excavation certificate (preferred).
- Knowledge of grades, slopes, benching, grading, and production work.
- Familiarity with safety, HR, and administrative practices.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications and project management software.
